Antwon Vincent, a.k.a. Noochie is a Washington, D.C. native from the southeast side where other hip-hop artists like Wale, Fat Trel, and Logic resided in the surrounding metropolitan area.

Noochie grew up listening to hip-hop legends like Jay-ZEminem and later music from J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar. At 21, Noochie served as a certified audio engineer. A position that showcased his gift of sound and inspired him to become a dope lyricist.

Noochie’s hard work paid off; he once said, “You just have to see it as a challenge to be even better, work harder, be innovative and more creative just to reach the pinnacle you hope to reach.” Noochie didn’t give up and lived up to his dream.

Out of the ‘Gutta’ and all the way to Atlantic Records

In summer 2016, Noochie dropped his first mixtape titled Product of the DMV featuring his breakout single “Gutta” – a banger with a trap beat. “Gutta” gained a lot of attention, not only in his hometown – but nationwide.
