Alicia Keys announced her 7th studio album to the enjoyment of all of her fans. She dropped the news during her featured interview with Billboard. A.L.I.C.I.A follows her 2016 album Here, which placed itself high on Billboards Top 200 during its release week at No. 2. We can expect to get her next masterpiece in early 2020, in the meantime, we’re left to enjoy two singles from the A.L.I.C.I.A project, “Time Machine,” and “Show Me Love” featuring Miguel plus a 21 Savage remix of the same track.

Alicia Keys is going to be front and center going into the new decade. She’s got a new album plus a book that’s part autobiography and documentary. The book is called More Myself: A Journey. It’s a book about Alicia’s course from her beginnings in Hells Kitchen, NY, all the way to the well-respected superstar we know of today. Alicia unites her commentary with the perspectives of those who witnessed events by her side. People, including her husband, super producer, Swizz Beatz, and their children, share their view of Keys as a mother and a wife.

“The best therapy I ever had, I ended up being able to see the moments that things shifted, when you’re living it, you’re not really reflecting on it.” said Keys on her experience working on the book and her upcoming album.

More Myself: A Journey is the first book involved with Oprah’s publishing imprint, the easily remembered, An Oprah Book.

“Alicia has navigated the spotlight and pressures of fame while retaining a humble and beautiful spirit. I am honored she chose to share her personal story through my imprint,” said Oprah.

More Myself: A Journey is going to be available on March 31, 2020. Alicia’s book is open for preorders right now.
