Stand-up comedian, Dave Chappelle, to perform in Cleveland, OH at Playhouse Square, tickets go on sale today.
Stand up comic and actor Dave Chappelle is scheduled to perform at Playhouse Square on Monday, December 30th at 8 PM.
Chappelle is best known for his groundbreaking sketch comedy show, Chappelle’s Show, on Comedy Central. The show was one of Comedy Centrals’ most popular programs — and was a best-selling DVD series.
After a short hiatus, he’s now cemented himself as one of the greatest standup comedians ever. Chappelle returned to stand-up by releasing four Netflix specials, The Art of Spin, Deep in the Heart of Texas, Equanimity, and The Bird Revelations. His latest stand-up film, Sticks and Stones, caused a lot of debate but was highly praised among viewers.
Dave Chappelle has appeared in major Hollywood films like Half Baked, Chi-Raq, Robin Hood: Men in Tights, and most recently, A Star is Born with Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga.
Tickets go on sale today for between $79.50 – $199.50 and will most likely sell out right away. You can purchase tickets on the Playhouse Square website.
As the most recent trend goes, guests are not allowed to enter the theatre with cell phones or smartwatches. If you do bring your phone into the building, audiences members will have to lock their phones into Yondr pouches. Anyone who breaks the rule will be ejected from the show.
